Semi-Private Room, Two beds, shared bath: $360 per day
Private Room, Shared bath: $350 per day

Daily room rates for medicare and medicaid residents include:

  • Room and Board
  • Nursing Services
  • Personal care items for routine hygiene, which include the following stock items:
    • Shampoo
    • Toothpaste
    • Toothbrush
    • Tissues
    • Sanitary Napkins
    • Disposable Razors
    • Comb/Brush
    • Mouthwash
    • Denture Powder
    • Skin Lotion
    • Adult Clothing Protectors

Daily room rate DO NOT include:

  • Private telephone/telephone services
  • Personal reading material
  • Social events and entertainment outside the scope of the regular activities program
  • Transportation which cannot be defined as medically necessary or is not part of the scheduled activities program
  • Specialized therapeutic services (speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy and psychological services, etc.)
  • Privately hired nurses / aides / companions
  • Snack foods and beverages not supplied by Mercy Center Nursing Unit
  • Personal clothing (except gowns supplied by Mercy Center Nursing Unit)

1st Floor:      $130.00 per day
2nd Floor:     $108.00 per day
3rd Floor:      $125.00 per day

Telephone

  • Voice Mail (No charge)
  • Phone Service $25.00 monthly fee.
  • You may choose not to elect External Phone Service. You may change this election at any time.
  • There are phones in hallways for free local calling.

Cable

No charge

Beauty Shop Services

  • $17.00 Wash and/orSet
  • $15.00 Wash and/or Cut
  • $45.00 Permanent or Color

Medical Transportation

$15 per trip (for round trips of 20 miles or less) plus $0.50 per additional mile

Therapy

Charges may be covered by your insurance; however, you may be responsible for a copay.

Medications

Skilled Nursing Unit

Mercy Center employs a pharmacy service to deliver medications. Residents may also choose to use their own pharmacy if it is feasible. Depending on the resident’s insurance, co-pays and/or financial class, cost may be the responsibility of the resident. Skilled nursing staff administers medications as prescribed.

 

Personal Care

The cost of medications is the responsibility of the resident.

Medical Supplies & Equipment

The cost is the responsibility of the resident.

Spending Money

Skilled Nursing Unit

Skilled Unit residents can open an account in the business office which allows them to keep a small amount of spending money readily available should they need or desire it.
